Dear Friends,

As we approach the end of the calendar year, I write to ask for your support of Daughters of Israel.

Daughters of Israel is a skilled nursing facility providing comprehensive health care services and social and recreational programming to the Jewish elderly and others in need. The unique family atmosphere at Daughters promotes a sense of purpose for our residents and peace of mind for their families. In addition, our short-term rehabilitation center has been providing expert services in our state-of-the-art facility for many years.

We had a tremendous response to our fundraising events in support of Daughters this year. In August, we had the Fern Forman Memorial Golf, Tennis, Pickleball and Card Party. The event was dedicated to our dear friend and Executive Director, Susan Grosser, whom we lost this past year. In November, we had our annual Casino Night which brought the community together and raised funds for the Home.

Unfortunately, the needs at the Home continue to increase. At the same time, we are constantly seeking to enhance the quality of life of our residents, with new and innovative programming, services, and upgrades.

In addition to our events, Daughters relies on the support of the community to provide critical funds to meet the financial needs of the Home. Therefore, our fundraising remains as important as ever.
