In Memoriam

Susan Grosser, beloved wife of 35 years of Brian Grosser, youngest daughter of Martin and Gilda Gladstone, sister of Debi Fischer (Joseph) and Steven Gladstone (Jeanette), loving mother of Steven (Sara), Matthew (Betsy), and Andrew, and adored grandmother of Derek and Brooke, passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 60.

Susan was born on October 2, 1963. Her early years were spent in Sayreville, New Jersey before her family relocated to Hollywood, Florida in her early teens. Eventually, she returned to her New Jersey roots and settled in Pompton Lakes with her husband, Brian, to grow and raise their family.

Susan touched the lives of many. She built a successful career spanning over 35 years serving seniors and excelled as a skilled nursing facility administrator. Her passion and dedication led her to serve most recently as the Executive Director of the Daughters of Israel Home in West Orange, New Jersey, where she had a profound impact on the lives of residents and staff alike.

A true fearless leader, Susan was admired and respected by all who knew her.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Susan's greatest joy was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.

Susan leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and unwavering strength. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, professional colleagues, the seniors she served and their families, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she may be gone, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched. She will be forever missed.
