RN
Salary: $31-$35/hour

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently Registered Nurse License for New Jersey.
- 1 year of related nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising the patient care for residents assigned to his/her area. Responsibilities include both the direct and indirect care according to each resident's care plan and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice. Our RN's must also:
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process.
- Properly administer medication and treatments as outlined in the MAR/TAR for each individual patient.
- Oversee the Certified Nursing Assistants, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and processes and ensuring that documentation of care and services rendered according to facility policies and procedures are entered into SigmaCare
- Provide assessment of and responds to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate to physician and Nursing Administration with regards to changes in resident condition
- Document and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care.
LPN
Salary: $27/hour

CNAs
Salary: $15/hour
Job Type: PT & FT
Qualifications:
- Must have current/valid NJ CNA certification in good standing
- Excellent patient care and customer skills are essential
- Completion/Certificate from a State approve C.N.A training school in lieu of state certification for 120 days
- Solid work history with the ability to provide 3 references
- Ability to read and communicate in English

Responsibilities:
- Provides activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Conduct rounds routinely throughout shift to monitor the residents’ comfort needs.
- Report changes identified in the residents’ condition to the Charge/Staff Nurse
- Maintain a safe working environment by following DOI, DOH and Federal policies and procedures.
